We are dedicated to complete all our projects on
schedule. In fact, there are numerous instances where we have
completed the project weeks or even months ahead of schedule earning early
completion bonuses. How is this possible? Very simply, RRT has
a proven system that carefully and efficiently coordinates all the
activities required for the project. One key aspect of this success
is knowing what the activities are the details to get them done.
RRT places its experienced project management team
to manage and coordinate all on-site work.
Local presence is important. RRT approaches
each project the same way. We establish a project office locally
during the construction phase. We maintain the office for the life
of the project.
Assembly and erection of the equipment is done by
RRT. We do the work insuring it is done correctly and will
last. Single-source of responsibility results in faster completion
of the project. Time is not wasted to figure out whose
responsibility an item of work falls under. All our work is our
responsibility.
